Delivery area
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or PO Boxes. The country selector includes worldwide addresses, but only supported shipping destinations can proceed.
Shipping cost & method
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. There is one standard shipping method. No expedited method is offered.
Handling time
Order handling takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Handling time is separate from time in transit.
Cutoff & business days
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−6 year-round and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted before the cutoff on a business day enter the handling calculation that day. Orders submitted at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the calculation on the next business day.
Transit & estimated total
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–4 business days. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days, counted from the applicable handling start day. Carrier disruptions, holidays or other delays may affect this estimate. It is not a delivery guarantee.
